Gluten Free Atta: Experience the taste of home with our gluten free, stone ground atta for a healthy and nutritious diet.
100% Natural Ingredients: Our premium grains are naturally gluten free and full of essential nutrients. It’s the perfect flour to make every meal healthier!
Experience: This one is a secret keeper. Won’t spill any beans till cooked fully. Besides the nuttiness of the jowari, the atta doesn’t give away much whiff about the beauty it really is. Wait and watch.
Goodness Of Whole Grains: Our gluten free flour is a more nutrient-dense option compared to traditional wheat flour and helps improve gut health.
Cooking Method For 8 Rotis: Add 70ml water to knead 150 gms of our gluten free atta into dough. After rolling the dough into rotis, place them on a hot tawa and allow them to cook through on both sides. Best served as part of a traditional Indian meal with dal and sabzi. Enjoy!

Good product, can work on reducing price
Good about Jiwa product:-No doubt, one of the best Gluten Free product I found, and loved it too in all terms, making roti/puri/mathri (from Jiwa GF atta), naan/bhature/pizza/mathri (from Jiwa GF Maida). Often mix them both as wellCan work on price:-Will be much better, if we can bring down the price at par with regular atta, or around 70-80 rupees/kg max., but anything under 100, even if 70-80 can’t be met(I’m not comparing with other high priced regular/GF aata, but just a review from a lower/middle/average class people stand point)

Easy to Roll
Only problem is the phulkas feel a little slimey because of isabgol added to it. Chappati can be rolled out unlike regular jawar. It does crack a little on the edges.
