Very nice and sound quality is superb
It’s a very good keyboard at this price range and sound quality is very very good and delivery agent is polite but the box had a small hole but the product inside has zero damage only the box had which doesn’t even matter

This is my first keyboardBought it on suggestion from a well experienced keyboardist (music director)This one is best for beginners and for learning the basicsIf you are a beginner to learn then this is a good product.Drawbacks : This keyboard has only 2 ports , one for charging and another one for headphones or to connect to external output (3.5mm jack)Volume : 15(max)Transition: -12 to 12Indian styles are included

Good quality keyboard for beginners
Perfect option for beginners and family use. It doesn’t have weighted keys and fancy options but there are lots of tones and rhythm options to pick from, and speaker volume is quite good. While it may take a beginner some time to figure out all the functions, it is still very easy to get it going without any delay, right out of the box.I found it reasonably priced (around INR 7200/=) and it included a power adapter and removable support for songbooks, etc. It can also run on 6x AA batteries for increased portability, and the auto OFF function is useful to prevent the batteries running out.

Worst product, not enough service centers
The keyboard started malfunctioning within 1 month of delivery. When I contacted the Amazon customer care, they asked me to take up the matter with the Yamaha customer care. After contacting the Yamaha CC they asked me to bring the product to their service center. Now the issue is that they have only 2 service centers in whole of Delhi NCR. One in Gurgaon and one in Mayur Vihar, which are both very far from my residence. Due to this the new product is lying unused for the last 2 months.

dont expect a very fancy piano
its a really good piano and very friendly for new learners and its of good quality and I’m pretty sure it wont disappoint any buyer.
