Defective product
When is product received at my end, it worked very nice for 15/20 days, later stopped capturing. Since I complained on wipro customer care, they asked me to send the product on their given address, after repair the problem was same as earlier, again it send for repair as requested by wipro. It expected return of product on 24th April, later will come to know how it works.

Somewhat disappointed
I purchased this as an additional security camera as my preexisting bullet camera lacks the pan and tilt functionality. I was hoping to replace the old one completely with the Wipro smart camera, but that is not to be. At least, not yet.Pros:1. Relatively easy to setup and use2. Fairly responsive to inputs (pan/tilt/zoom)Cons:1. The daylight image quality is not up to the mark, especially in shaded areas. There’s no way to adjust the image quality.2. The ‘AI’ that Wipro claims as a camera feature is false. There’s absolutely nothing that can remotely qualify as an ‘AI’ feature. My pre-existing bullet camera correctly identifies people, animals and vehicles. The only thing the Wipro camera can do is to detect motion.3. The biggest reason for choosing the Wipro smart camera was the prospect of getting it to work in tandem with my other Wipro smart devices, such as smart bulbs. As an example, I want my outdoor lights to turn on when the camera detects motion during certain hours of the night. Unfortunately, the WiproNext platform does not recognize the ‘motion detected’ event, effectively making automation infeasible.4. The siren is too feeble to be of any use.5. Support is non-existent. I have written to Wipro several times describing the shortcomings and offering my suggestions. There has been no response from them whatsoever.Overall, I’m slightly disappointed with my purchase and feel let down by Wipro. I’ve not given up completely–I am still hopeful that the shortcomings will be resolved through an update.—Updated on 9-Mar: Another serious issue I have observed is that there’s a lag of 6-10 seconds before a visual is received at the app. (I’m on a 150+ Mbps network, and the signal strength is very high near the camera.) The lag seems to be larger during the day when it’s warmer, and smaller when the temperature is lower. Interestingly, the camera responds almost instantaneously while panning/tilting.
