Updated review after replacement
So this is my updated review which Iâm posting after using almost 1 month after the old product was replaced by new filter and cartridge. First of all I would like to thank Waterscience team to address to my disappointment immediately. I got a call from customer support and they understood my query very well and then sent me new replacement. The new product is working fine. As explained by the company, it is not converting hard water to soft water but it is removing the harmful effects and giving us conditioned water. I had skin drying issues and hair fall issues earlier, but this product has helped me to control that at least 50-60% which is really a nice thing. I can feel the hair softer after shampooing. One thing I would like to mention here is whether u like the product or not but u will get 100% service from Waterscience team. Disclaimer: last statement was for genuine customers only. Overall considering the available products in market, this is a nice product

Defective product
Received the product but it was not fitting properly and there was leakage as well.Returned that piece and was replaced with another one but the condition of that piece was even more worst. Received defective package and defective piece. Worst service from the seller. Looks like someone had returned that piece and seller sent it as replacement for my product.Really disappointed with this product.Also had ordered same product earlier and even that did not last for 4 months and leaking started.

My experience with this product has been satisfactory, I am using this since last 3 MONTHS and it’s perfect with some room for improvements. Eg. The connectors that comes with the product is not metal.Overall value for money Functionality is good water pressure is good if not connected with water pump line.
