    This book is broken up into the different parts of the body that the exercises focus on (core, upper & lower body). Each exercise shows a way to increase the intensity if you are more advanced. There is also a section focusing on flexibility and balance. The final sections are 3 week programs for beginners, intermediate, and advanced exercises. The beginning of the book explains Pilates and gives tips for seniors. There is a reference section at the end that shows lots of resources on the web.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

    This book is a great way to keep doing your exercises when you have to pay tribute to aging like loss of flexibility or balance issues, just a little exercise every day is better than doing nothing at all.
