Here are the Pros and cons of Urbn nano link 10k powerbank :PRO’S :1. Super compact, lightweight and very very easy to carry it in your jeans /bag /shorts etc.2. Inbuilt type C cable (so need to carry an additional cable). Huge relief!3. Power indicators with proper fast charging indication (green light turns on when it’s fast charging)4. 3 outputs (USB A, type c port and type c inbuilt cable) and 2 inputs also (type c and inbuilt type c cable)!5. PD 3.0 , PPS , QC 3.0 and all other major charging formats supportedCON’S :1. Though it has PD charging, it still didnt charge my PD supported Laptop. Generally Urbn powerbanks charges laptop with PD support. But unfortunately this doesn’t support!2. No additional cables inside the box.3. Though USB A port supports passthrough charging (which is great), the type c port and type c inbuilt cable are not consistent (as it only allows passthrough charging sometimes).Overall a super handy powerbankð

Since it is an Indian brand, we can put more trust in it. It is a highly powerful 20000 mah battery power bank with quick charging. The best part is that it has the newest type C input and output connection for new phones, is extremely small to carry everywhere, and can be used for up to five days. Good value for the money.

1. Power bank with attached c port cable is very good concept. We don’t have to carry separate cable to charge the mobile.2. 20000 mah is good to charge mobile for more than 2 times at least . Though I didn’t check how many times I can give charge to my android oppo Reno 7.3. Charging mobile is fast .4. Carrying this 20000 mah power bank is ok ok. It’s small and palm size but thickness is little bit bigger. I was thinking to buy 10000 mah power bank to carry on pocket sometimes in urgent basis. But I took a good decision to buy 20000mah.5. Digital display of battery percentage is very helpfull.I just bought 1 week ago. As per usage till now it good.Thank you

It is a very good power bank and fits easily in the pocket It weighs a little more but is fine as per 20000 MAH battery. Backup is also good, 5000 MAH battery can be easily charged 3.5 times.

How to contact customer service as I the power bank is discharging very fast. It’s almost 10months I am using and the performanc was above my expectations with so light weight battery. One time full charge use to charge my phone twice but now a days it’s not even charging full phone.Request you to share the customer case contact so that I can get it rectified.
