Best Cycle at Budget
I was searching for a bicycle in my budget and I finally found this good at pricing point using from 1 week smooth and comfortable 95% already fixed rest u can do it by ur own just u need some strength for fitting screws tight. Just go with it at 3500 without thinking. Easy to carry and light weight. Best part is it had carrying case back side for extra seating and luggage no other brand provide this at this price point.

Defective product, totally unresponsive customer service
I opted for assembly support, but no-one from the seller contacted me despite my reachout to themI finally assembled the cycle on my own, but realised the product was faulty i.e. the front wheel was wobblyI reached out to the seller’s customer/ technical support number and email both, who redirected me to a WhatsApp contact who asked me for the video of the problem, but after that went on radio silenceI reached out to amazon then to see if they could make the seller respond, but despite 2 attempts amazon customer support also gave up as the seller’s support team was simply not respondingFinally amazon agreed to take back the product as it was obvious to them that the seller was just not interested in resolving the issue at all

Overall Good product
Good cycle at a very reasonable price. I’m riding it on weekends. No complaints so far.You have to additionally purchase bell, lock,seat cover. These does not come with the product.Only negative is the nuts and bolts are cheap and not strong.Once you assemble yourself at home, take it to a local cycle mechanic and tighten all the fixings from them just to ensure safety.Happy with the product from Urban Terrain

Receiving, installation and working.
Timely delivery. Proper packaging. Using for almost 15days now, working fine.Front wheel’s bolt was too tight. Too much tight. The gear you get for assembling will not fit for all the bolts. Please have your own Installing tools.Better to get it installed somewhere.

Writing review after one month after. I recently purchased this product and overall, I’m quite satisfied with it. The quality is good and it works as expected. However, the installation kit could be sturdier, and I found the installation process to be a bit challenging. It would be great if the instructions were clearer or if there were better tools provided for setup. Despite these minor issues, I’m happy with the product and would recommend it.Only thing difficult to installation self. That kit spanner is not that much stronger. But cycle performance is so good. Less price I got the product. It super.
