Luggage wheel with Washer
Wheels are good and working good. Tight the wheel with washer then it will work fine without the washer it will not work proper. Before purchasing the wheel first the check the size of wheel that it is 4CM or 4.5CM or 5CM. I have received the 4 wheels with 9 washer.
