If the shoulder strap would not have been missing it would be a pretty good product however i did not received the shoulder strap and did no lt had the time to get it replaced and contacting amazon customer service is a pain in the wrong place. So if anyone is okay with the missing shoulder strap they can purchase however if shoulder strap is a must than I WONT RECOMMENT AT ALL.UPDATE -After contacting the seller about the missing shoulder strap the seller sent the shoulder strap to my address without extra charges.CONCLUSION:-You can blindly go for the product a very good product the best part it has a built in trolley mount which is a rarity in these bags with an added advantage of folding it during travel.Blindly go for it if you get the shoulder strap. At this price its an absolute value for money.
