I recently purchased the Tommy Hilfiger Joshua Polyester 20.61L Laptop Backpack in Navy, expecting high quality from a globally renowned brand. Unfortunately, this backpack did not live up to its reputation. The stitching is subpar, and the shoulder straps started ripping at the seams within just a few weeks of use. This is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to represent premium craftsmanship. I am deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this backpack to anyone. Save your money and invest in a more durable and reliable option.
