It’s great to read story with such an unusual plot. The Duke Jasper has the most unusual problem, he can’t be touched without feeling pain, nausea and cold. That is until he met Arabelle. This is a well written love story with engaging characters and a few surprises. Definitely worth the read

I enjoyed the writing style as with her other books. Other reviews will sketch out the story line.Yes there are a couple of pages which need proof reading – use of mirth out of context, typo – expected instead of unexpected … The story itself moves forward in an engaging manner.Unfortunately the suspicion that a number of these books are being written from templates or a plot generator is now confirmed. The previous book I read, this week (Married to the Duke of Ice by Olivia T. Bennet ), follows the same narrative (the in ability to be touched) with marginally altered characters, but matching scenes – Over reaction to an accident, the father turning on the errant husband before he may speak to his estranged wife, interference by parent /guardian to drive spouse out of their new home.

Both Arabella and Jasper stand with their back against the wall, fortunately a desperate measure leads to healing and a HEA in the end, I loved it.

Jasper is known throughout the Ton as the Cold Duke. While at a masquerade, he winds up in a compromising position with Arabella, causing them to have to marry. Much to the chagrin of his uncle. But Jasper has a secret, the real reason he is as he is, which no one is aware of. Thus the reason for the moniker he’s earned. Much confusion, anger and hurt follows. On both sides. I really enjoyed the story and definitely recommend it.
