Very low volume
It is NOT known whether the defect is with the very piece purchased or for the entire lot due to design deficiency. For the first case, it should be replaced while for the second rectification of design and implementation is a mist. The Ragini Taal Tarang electronic tabla is unfortunately of NO use.The volume is extremely low even when made maximum.Very difficult to practice with this ðPurpose of purchase is totally lost.It appears that without simple checking of performance of the product, it has been brought out to the market for selling.Highly disappointed.Manufacturer should pay attention to the quality of the product.

The rhythm instrument is quite below my expectation – a low quality sound design. The sound has a high amount of audible hiss and a 60 Hz hum – seems unfiltered. The small speaker does not even come close to producing sounds like a real ‘Tablaa’. The seller is not to be blamed. This is just a low quality design. It is ok for practice if one wants to put up with the defficiencies. The durability possibly is questionable – to be seen. 8500 Rupees for this junk is way too expensive in Kolkaataa.Since the seller bought it in Kolkaataa I did not return it although I was tempted.
