Stoped working in 3 month
This braided cable from StuffCool has a very good build quality. Supports superfast charging for my Samsung S23, and I also use it to charge my Macbook Pro. I have used it for a few international trips too. But in a span of under 4 months from buying, it has abruptly stopped working. Tried using different charging heads and different devices. Didn’t work. This cable always goes into my hand luggage and I use it gently.I wish to claim my warranty and get things fixed. If anyone from team StuffCool is reading this, kindly help with the prevailing situation.

Customer service and durability
The cable is definitely a value for money product. It has high speed for both charging and transfer. Long length helps too. It has great build quality with metal at ends. Moreover, my cable had some problems after a few months. I got in touch with stuffcool through WhatsApp. One of the founders named Dhaval helped me out and was very cooperative. He got my cable replaced at no cost even though there wasnât a replacement policy from amazon. I would thus recommend this product due to the cool service they provide. Itâs an important thing and they do it well.
