    The only thing that I don’t care for with this book is that it is laid out in a bullet point sort of fashion. Within each chapter, the sections/paragraphs are labeled “1”, “2”, “3”, etc… I sort of understand why this was done, but personally it throws me off. I’m certain this style will work well for most people.What I absolutely adore is that “big words” are used in proper context. The author will use the proper terminology for something, and immediately paraphrases the definition within the context for the book. Many books I’ve read recently don’t do this and just assume that the reader already know these big definitions.With the information I’ve gained from this, I’m very much looking forward to my somatic journey, and, therefore, leaning to love myself again.
