Buy only if you have extra money and time
I bought this watch for my kid as birthday gift. It almost a month and my kid is not able to use it because of one or another reason. The nightmare started with delivery itself as my kid’s enthusiasm and birthday celebration got ruined as the watch did not switched on. They delivered a defective product. When i connected with the company, they picked up the watch and mentioned that there was an issue with the charging cable and took 5 days to test and return my watch. They again delivered a faulty product as the time used to get reset on its own. The customer service again apologised and picked up the watch.Their response was that there is some issue with the watch and promised to deliver new watch to me. Again nothing happened till I followed up with them for a couple of times. They picked up the defective watch and delivered an old product despite promising of delivering new watch and I am back to where it started. When I shared the proof that an old watch has been delivered to me, they promised that they will dispatch a new watch i a day and will pick up old watch after the deliver of new watch. BUT nothing happened for 2 days, till I followed up with them. AND NOW they are saying that they will first pick up old watch and will deliver new watch after two days of receiving the old watch.So in crux, it is almost 1 month and I keep following up with the company for resolution without any concrete solution. SO BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY AND TIME.

Good product for kids
Watch looks and feels good for the price. The screen is much better than the previous versions. There are however 2 major problems,1) extremely poor camera quality2) location tracking is very inaccurate.The calling feature works well and is a good device to keep on touch with young kids who don’t have a mobile phone.

Delivers as promised
After checking reviews of all kids smartwatch available, decided to go with sekyo magicpro as a friend also bought it and was satisfied with the product. The watch delivers as promised, found the tracking feature accurate, looks nice, very good customer support in setting up the watch feature, checked all features and found working, easy to use for my daughter. It’s been 2 days only and till now everything working satisfactory.will further update review after few more days of usage

Didnt get charged after putting on the provided charger for 1 hour.As no charge, its switching off immediately after started.Happening from first time after opening the box.Amazon support showing “connect the charger…”… dont have any other options there…Not taking return or replacement also…Buying electronics items from Amazon is very risky
