I really like this book. They did a great job illustrating the pictures in an easy to read and understand way the color coordinated muscle groups is very appealing. The information is pretty generic but well done and delivered in a very useful, practical, elegant manner. I would recommend this.

The author made Pilates more accessible to people who need exercise modifications. It is a safe way to stay flexible and save our muscles from atrophy. Her book makes it less likely to misunderstand instructions and hurt yourself. I highly recommend this book.
