Still works well after many years!
I bought several of these as gifts for family, many years ago (5+). They’re all still working well. Easy to use for older people. Bluetooth connectivity works great. Tuning into radio stations is easy. Volume range is good. It comes with a number of old Hindi film songs that are all-time favourites and older people especially enjoy those.It’s easily charged with USB, portable and makes for a great gift.

Works as expected!
Bought the second device as the first one lost its battery life to that extent where it will not play even on charge. But good device, has great sound quality and good collection of songs. Battery life I feel can be improved- or the best thing is, make it replaceable. The amount of waste that it will cut down- phenomenal!

Useless, not worth it. Bad experience
This is much hyped product and not worth the price.1. Only 351 pre loaded songs and you can’t shuffle directly to your choice of song. All genre are mixed, a fast song will start just after a few soft numbers. Seriously? we can store thousands of songs in our phones and shuffle according to our choice.2. FM has the same problem. Since there is no display, you won’t know which station it is. You can’t jump to your favorite station either. Keep pressing the button.3. Battery backup is pathetic. Takes 2 hrs to charge and runs only for 2-2.5 hrs.4. Product quality is overall bad. Most of these items are faulty and useless. Charging point is flimsy and will get damaged within no time.Now my experience: Bought it in October 2020, and on 12th day, it broke. The charging jack of device got loose and went inside the device while putting it on charging. Since return window had closed, I reached to the saregama customer care. They responded timely, but it took a few days of communication and they agreed to send a replacement. For which I had to pay Rs. 200 for courier. I reluctantly agreed. Their courier is slooooooow. By end of November, I received the replacement. But to my shock, this device was also faulty. Worked only while plugged to electricity through charger. I complained again. Took a few days of communication and some videos explaining the problem. They sent a replacement again, this time at no extra charge of course… Again slow courier, first pickup is done and then replacement is sent… I received the new replacement in late December. I opened the box just to find out that even this was a faulty piece. It was completely dead. Not even getting charged.. By now I was totally annoyed and did not want to keep this useless product. I complained again and asked for refund, that they declined, and processed the complaint somewhat quickly. Finally I received the working device in January 2021, by when I have lost all interest of using it. It’s been 2-3 days since and I am still worried this will break down anytime.Don’t waste your time and money. Go for other cheaper options if you must. Also, this is made in China, so no good than anything else.

We love it. My husband loved the gift. He uses everyday while he commutes to his work. It’s so easy to carry and the for long travel best partner. I got it for good price too

Better sound clarity, value for money
