Good one for the elderly members of your family
Very good device for the elderly people. The song archive is very nice. The sound quality is good too. Sound could have been louder once connected to Bluetooth. FM is decent, not too impressive. Other buttons are working fine and easy to operate. Overall a good buy.

Costly but meet my expectation
The pocket size handy bluetooth speaker with 351 preloaded bangla songs was a perfect gift for my mother on mothers day. He loved it a lot, there are 3 modes: FM, Carvaan & Bluetooth. Sound quality is very good almost similar to boat stone series speakers but built quality is also premium. Good sound with perfect woofer effect and predefined switches on top for easy operations.

Poor quality product. Waste of time and money
1. During the warranty period, it became defective. I lodged a complaint, and they replaced the main board.2. Just after the warranty ended, the charging port stopped working. They did not send a service engineer to repair it but offered to pick up the Carvaan Mini and send it to Mumbai for replacement. They charged Rs 800 for this service. I intended to visit a service center, but they informed me that there are no service centers in Kolkata.3. After receiving the new replacement Carvaan Mini, the sound quality decreased after six months, and noise started coming through the FM/AM band. After a few days, the FM/AM band stopped working altogether. However, Bluetooth and Saregama mode are still functioning properly. They told me that they would send an engineer to repair it at a cost of Rs 300 plus parts charge, or I could pay Rs 800/- to get a new one.How many times and how frequently will I have to pay Rs 800 for a radio? I have never faced such issues with other brands of radios.

Good and useful for old generation. On free time can sit and listen to old songs of different languages as per choice.

worked just for 1 year and lost signal reception soon after the warranty period
Purchased in Oct 2023. Worked for just one year. Somehow, now (Nov 2024), it stopped playing stored music and detecting FM channels. What a waste of money.
