You have to stretch it and apply a high tension to keep it from drooping down. Even after all that, with 3 T-shirts and 2 shorts, the wire went down by 3-4 inches. Scared to put more clothes on it.

Extremely useful if youâre planning to camp by a lake or river or if youâre planning a long beach or lake picnic day. Itâs compact, lightweight and packs into a tiny carrying bag, and at under $7, itâs super affordable.We hang ours from the side of a 10×10 canopy tent that we set up over the picnic table when we car camp. It fits perfectly there, and we donât need any extra hookups to mount it. Just clips right on.We recently spent six nights at a lakeside campsite with four adults, and this clothesline meant everyone had dry swimsuits and towels every day.I also love that there are spacers between the clips!This is so small that weâre keeping it in our car camping kit and will be bringing it along even when we arenât going to be set up by a lake or swimming hole. It helps to always be prepared in case a critical piece of clothing gets wet or needs to be washed and dried.
