I bought this for my kitten because I’ve heard that cats prefer tap water, which makes sense, and my cat loves drinking from this little fountain. This little fountain is a miracle. No more puddles, just pure satisfaction for the cats. It’s almost silent and it has a very cool light.

Easy to setup, a very efficient and completely silent water fountain for pets
Pros:Perfect for households where there are multiple pets, continuous water filtration ensures there is always clean water available for your furry companions.The motor is completely silent. Will update the review after about 3 months of usage.Cons:Doesn’t come with an adapter, just a USB cable. Make sure you have a dedicated USB adapter for the fountain as this will need to be left on indefinitely based on your pets’ needs.

Effective volume is only 1.2 liters
When you plan to leave your cats with this water fountain please mind that you can consider only 1.2 liters of water to be consumed before the level go below the minimum marking.Almost 800ml is a dead stock in this fountain. If the water level goes below this marking, pump will start to run dry and fail eventually.My usual consumption is 600ml per day for 2 cats. It was my mistake in assuming that this fountain will cover 3 full days which was my requirement also. Only upon receiving the product and filling up the container, I realised that it is going to be only 1.2 liters or 2 days of water for my cats.So, if you are purchasing this for the purpose like mine, please be aware of this limitation. If you need more volume, you can go for 3L capacity wich will give you 2.2 liters effective consumption.Product feels sturdy inspite of being made of plastic.USB cable is included but no power adapter is included, so be ready with an adapter that gives 5V output. Any old or unused mobile phone charger will work just fine.The LED light makes this product look beautiful and it is bright enough to work like a night lamp in the room.The submersible pump operates with virtually no noise at all. In fact the sound of water fall is superceding the pump’s noise.

Product not working after 5 month Replacement given
Hi.. I purchased this product on Jun 1st 2024, Now after 5 month ie November 12 the product stopped working.. only light is working, pump is not working. I used to clean in once in a week, and change filter once in 30 days and I have 5 cats and they only have water from this .Than I contacted directly to Qpets customer team and they reverted immediately and gave option to opt for replacement.There team were so concerned and Empathetic to understand a pet parents concerns in such situation .

Not Working after 5 Months of purchase
I sent email to seller, also sent whatsapp images, videos and messages but no response. It seems the product is not under warranty. I even purchased set of 4 filters, not sure where do I use them now when machine has stopped working.

Too small/Overpriced
It’s the first day I introduced this to my kitten, the LED and water pump are working well so far. My kitten tried drinking water from it however, due to the water flowing from flower he is unable to drink as it is getting his face wet, the tray should have been wider, we had to remove the flower, my kitten then drank very little water from it and not much, while my kitten loves to drink lots of fresh water in a day hence, bought this. Hopefully he will get adjusted to it soon and drink good amount of water!Product is overpriced overall!

My kitty loves drinking from the mountain. He was not drinking water earlier but now he drinks like a fish. It is clean to clean also. Love the product!
