Edit: I have to add another star for the excellent customer service. They reached out to me to know my exact requirements and then suggested another of their products that would suit me, also gave a gift card to try that out :). I am happy with the new product they suggested.I had purchased this specifically for my heel pain. But the silicone gel is not thick enough to give a sufficient cushion to heel. The gel is good enough for dry heels but definitely not for heel pain. The quality of product is really good, both the socks material and gel are of good quality.

The product is not very good and did not meet my expectations. It is slippery and very uncomfortable to walk. But it is very good at serving it’s purpose. It does heal the cracked feet, leaving them moisturized. It is good for wearing during night times. It feels light weight when worn.It would be great if it provides grip while walking.

First of all, The product arrived in an oversized package, without any instruction guide.You can’t find the instructions except few tips mentioned over.It’s just a normal socks, with some space for gel.You cant wash it in machine.Gel seems fine, but then you can use some normal foot healing cream inside any socks.Dont need different pair.Heel portion should have had some cover outside

Amazing result oriented product
Having a severe case of cracked (and hurting) heels i came across this product on Amazon. I was impressed with the results after just one night. The next day i soaked my feet in warm water, rubbed the heels with half a lemon each and used a pumice stone to scrape off the ugly cracked skin on my heels – the outcome was amazing : almost 70% better!!! I wish i had taken a before/after photograph. I have this ptoblem quite often and will remember the photos next time… I have just placed my order for another two sets of this “miracle” product!!!

It works but you have to wear it regularly
It works. I have very dry skin and my heels crack especially in winter. But you have to use it every day. I have just started using it. Don’t know how long the gel will last. We are supposed to replace these socks every five months according to product description. The gel has a pleasant smell and you get soft heels after wearing it overnight. But the effect doesn’t last too long on my dry skin. Ideally I have to wear it during the day too if I want lasting results. I have started using the socks now to avoid what happens to me every winter-badly cracked heels. Will update this review after a couple of months.
