this software purchase is a key that is sent to buyer..no installation CD..no returns possible..better download the 1month trialware and then decide for yourself..it creates image and this image is used for data recovery..it may not be able to recover lost data from a corrupt pendrive or harddisk

Product does not meet specification as published
Product as specified does not meet the requirement. Product I received is without data recovery software hence does not meet my requirement. I will not recommend users to buy this product as it does not meet all specifications mentioned and also product is non returnable

Misleading and false information of the product.
No CD issued..only scratch card which needs an internet connection to activate which I do not have….False information given on amazon site of the product.Instead of a cd or dvd a scratch card is issued which is not mentioned on the product.In this way you are misleading and fooling the public.This is a non returnable item which is also not mentioned.This only recovers deleted data from the internal hard drive and not any external drive this is also not mentioned.I am totally disappointed by purchasing this product and bear the loss of Rs 350/-
