Packing was good, Nice grips, not good suction for dashboard surface, but very good for windshield. Plastic quality is good not best. Bad road conditions sometimes its little bit shakes & play noise.

I have purchased many mobile holders but this company Portonics is the best , their quality is always good sometimes expensive but worth for the money , the glue at the bottom too good. Very easy to fit and use, also the appearance of the product very genuine and looks also very good.I have and had purchased so many products like computer keyboard ,headsets, head phones , power banks till now I never had complain from the products.This is not a fake review .

Used it the very next day. This time I mounted it on the windshield. Seems good. Mainly because the arm is fixed at minimum length there’s not much of shake. The lock trigger system is different as it’s good when used in vertical (Portrait) orientation. Suction has been good so far but car was parked in the shade. Will check again now that the car is parked out in the open. Good buy.Edit. One arm is not locking in place. Needs to be pressed so the phone is held. Might need some Lubrication. Will update.Lubricated both the gripper arms. The gripping action has improved by 90% but still needs to be pressed a little to ensure full grip. Will update with video.

ok phone holder
The product is made of good plastic and feels solid. it holds the mobile phone properly and doesn’t let fall into potholes and overbumps. some may find this inconvenient that you have to open the holder every time to place the phone. The design of the holder is as such when the phone is in the holder it will not open & lock you have to pull the phone from its grip, I feel over time it may weaken the suction cup adhesive.
