Value for MoneyThe Portronics Beem 440 Smart LED Projector is a good value for money! At this price point, it serves its purpose well. With a 720p HD resolution, the clarity is decentâneither exceptionally great nor disappointingly bad.Usage ExperienceThe inbuilt apps are adequate but not exceptional. I prefer using an HDMI cable with my laptop for better clarity and refresh rate, especially for sports and action-intensive movies. This setup serves the purpose effectively.Audio QualityThe inbuilt speaker is below average. For an enhanced audio experience, I recommend using external speakers.Build Quality and Room SuitabilityThe build quality of the Portronics Beem 440 is good, but there is a potential issue with dust entering the lens through the exhaust vents, which requires regular maintenance. Importantly, this projector performs best in dark rooms or spaces. Great product but you need these
This review is about beam 470 only. Overall people complaining about netflix and ott apps or sluggish they need to understand that no projector below 15k support netflix. You can read in google as well as you need to install custom netflix app and all.Now coming to use case its perfect at dark room.. It gives better color and better quality than other projector at 9k range.Pros: 1080p resolution, has zoom and keystone adjustment, sound is good for a bedroom, its flexible so u can rotate for wall or ceilings or ground as per ur requirement and thats best as other projector doesnt give rotate featureCons: manual adjustment is needed for full screen of wall, auto correction is not 100% accurate, sound is good for bedroom and not hall, sluggish with 4k video in youtube inbuilt app, as its not able to handle more data..Solutions and why i recommend it.. Just buy a amazon firestick and a bluetooth speaker as firestick sound is not played in inbuilt speaker.. Problem solved now i can enjoy fast, 1080p 4k videos and great sound.. I would recommend people that if u want inbuilt app then dont buy low price projector as there ram is less. If u want to buy then buy a pair of firestick and bluetooth speaker.. Connect bluetooth speaker to firestick and not projector.. Just use it as projector and let firetv do the processing work and believe me its picture quality is best in this range with 4500 lumen and go for the bundle and u wont regret

Price worthy, less screen colour

A good product indeed. Value for moneyPros:Budget projector. Clarity till 720P. Brightness is okay. Netflix YouTube apps support present.Cons:A bit heated up post 30 mins usage.Better to go for 1080p projectors

Good VFM projector at this price point
Good brightness and decent sharpness for an LCD projector under 10K’s standard. Corners are not as sharp compared to center which is expected in this price range.. App performance and screen mirroring works great.. Netflix WONT work.. Remote is decent.. Keystone works pretty well too and the product looks well put together.. Would recommend for all looking for a sub 10K projector.Note: I have been using Lg LED DLP projector that i bought 10 years back for 52K. Had a motherboard and DMD replacement already done on it.. It costed a bomb but DLP in that price range gives exceptional picture quality.. From a VFM perspective i would recommend BEEM 470 if it would last 2 years.
