It’s a great tool to use as a first timer when it comes to using soundboard and podcasting. Haven’t fully used it but so far so good

This is a pretty nice little setup, especially when you consider how much it costs retail. I try to do YouTube videos from time to time and I’ve been struggling with finding a good sounding mic for awhile. I have tried other kits in the past and they’ve all had their issues. For starters, the condenser mic came out of the box working. That’s excellent in my opinion, while looking for a decent condenser mic, I’ve noticed a lot of them come out of the box DOA, they either don’t work or they have issues with suddenly generating a ton of bad feedback. I thought this was my setup at first for recording, but as it turns out, they were just bad mics. As of writing this, I haven’t had any issues with bad feedback. The mixing board itself looks and feels kind of cheap, also, all the lights are constantly flashing and blinking and I really, really dislike that. A solid color means they are off, a blinking light means they are currently on and working. This board does not remember what you were doing previously, so if you have a specific setup you want to use, you’ll have to dial it in every time you power off and power on the board. This board does come with an advertised denoise feature that comes on as default when powered on; don’t use it. At first I thought this was another bad mic or the board was screwy, but it turns out the denoise feature just sucks. While it’s on, the mic is constantly fading in and out, that includes when I am talking. It appears that specific syllables I was speaking were specifically setting it off. Also, this setup is VERY QUITE. I mean I have to have this mic right in front of my face with the mic turned up full blast or it will still fail to capture some of the words I am speaking, this is both a blessing and a curse, as I have a space heater in my room all the other mics were picking up, this one does not, but as a direct result I have it constantly hovering in front of my face. The cables for this bundle came wrapped up in a oblong shape, which is fairly common with stuff from China. I hate this because the wiring inside the cables can get easily damaged wrapping them up this way.For someone on a budget this will probably work, I don’t really use any of the other features, because frankly they seem tagged on as an afterthought and don’t work as well as I feel like they should.

Has some interesting pre-defined effect buttons…made for some chuckles when testing.Sounds quality is great…. fairly easy to set up (read the directions – when of you know audio).
