How did you come up with the idea for this product?
We came up with the idea of Plugo while working on our last product, Orboot. We wanted to create a level of tactile play that was unheard of in any other tech toy, and we did.
What makes your product special?
The unique interactions, of course! Plugo brings alive every game piece you play with to make learning fun, thanks to Augmented Reality.
What has been the best part of your experience?
The best part is the ideation and concept stage of the product! We work together as a team to prototype new Plugo kits to drive every aspect of STEAM and foundational skills and then test with children rigorously on the laugh-o-meter before releasing the product. 😉
The kit includes a gamepad (works with all Plugo kits), 15 hexagonal building blocks (for Link), and a set of operators, numbers and count spike (for Count). A help guide with step-by-step instructions is also included
Plugo app (one app for both Link and Count) has 8 interactive games with age-adaptive progressive levels. Solve math puzzles, word problems, build gravity-defying structures, and many other fun STEAM/STEM activities

Best learning set
I would say this plugo set is one of the best sets I have come across so far. It’s so easy to use and teaches a child through fun loving and adventurous stories. Really a very very amazing product. My kid really loved it. There are different levels in this set which plays through app. Even I enjoy playing the levels with my child. Worth to invest in it. And very good quality too. An innovative approach towards learning.

Dilapidated outside box and unopenable inside box
The product in itself is good but the issue is with the seller. Got a dilapidated box (intended for gifting) and since seller was out of stock, I was denied replacement. I chose to buy from Amazon instead of Flipkart when there was good discount on both the websites. Eventually had to buy at full price from another seller on Amazon. Amazon denied to match the price. Extremely dissatisfied!! When Amazon charges commission from seller it should also take responsibility!!!

Update 2020-12-03————————-Customer support reached out to notify that the app is available for the Galaxy A7 tablet now. The product is OK but the customer support is great.Original Review——————–I bought the STEM set for my daughter. It is mentioned in the product description that Samsung tablets from 2015 will work with this set. But it does not work with Samsung Galaxy A7 tablet 2020 model. What a disappointment! When I got the tablet, I was able to install the Plugo app from play store. But I uninstalled it recently because it was not working one day. I tried to reinstall but the app is not in play store now. When I contacted the support, they say this tablet is not compatible now. It is a very bad experience as my daughter canât use the product with this tablet.

I bought this to practice maths with my little girl over summer. We both found the “game” really dull. The character encounters an obstacle, such as a log or stone or baddy, and the player answers a math-based question to help the character move on. That is pretty much it. The same exercise just repeats over and over. The only thing that changes is the background. It is also so, so slow and there’s just no creativity there. The character wanders across the screen at a snail’s pace. I was hoping this would be a game myself and my little girl could play together but we both found this excruciatingly boring. I regret buying it.
