I recently purchased this outdoor security camera, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with its performance! This camera has truly exceeded my expectations in every way.First and foremost, the spotlight feature is incredibly impressive. Quality is good, but need to improve in Motion Detection
The Product physically is very good in quality, It is also good in Picture quality.But the motion detection is very poor, it detects after someone moves out of scope or in middle of scope and it unnecessarily PAN’s left and right which is very difficult in identifying the Object.Event detection is very useless when Motion tracking is enabled. (I have stopped using the Motion Tracking.)I think Phillips need to update their Firmware for these issues (which i haven’t expected from reputed company). I also have Smitch Camera which is better in Object Motion Tracking.Overall for this quality it is too pricey..

The Philips 360 camera delivers excellent picture quality, capturing clear and detailed images even in low light conditions. The wide-angle lens provides comprehensive coverage, making it ideal for monitoring large areas with a single device. The build quality is robust, and the camera’s design is sleek and modern, fitting well in various environments.However, the accompanying app significantly detracts from the overall experience. Despite multiple attempts and updates, the app frequently fails to perform basic functions. Upon opening the application, users are often met with the message “retrieving video streaming…” which rarely resolves. This means that, in many cases, you may need to physically check the camera’s location, defeating the purpose of remote monitoring.

Very low scale Cctv – Needs too many improvements
 1. There is no wide angle camera, as per outdoor cctv camera the view angle is too less, you won’t find anywhere mentioned regarding the camera angle as its too poor.2. In this price other manufacturers are providing good resolution camera at least 2k, here its just 1080p and camera quality is poor.3. App shows human AI defection, where 90% of the time it sends notification when there is no human in the video, god knows what AI they are using, shown in video.4. App is slow, buggy, laggy, there is no support for alexa, apple homekit, even doesn’t features cloud storage till date.5. Have stopped the automatic camera movement tracking as the camera becomes mad and keep rotating here and there.Overall I guess Philips has just landed in the cctv market, am suffering after purchasing this product, they need atleast 5 years of more research and quality to bring their cctv product in competition.- An unsatisfied cusomer.
