This bulb box was single, others were bonded together, maybe in transit the bulb wad damaged.Other bulb removed and put is working fine.Only 1 bulb damaged out of 8.

Sir, I had purchased 10 bulbs from Phillips taking into it’s brand and quality into consideration paying higher amount in comparison to others. How come the above ball has fused just after it’s use.Moreover I have purchased 10 bulbs and nearly 6 are still new and not used at all. It will be used as per requirement in due course. I don’t know how those will behave. It’s shocking for me for a Phillips product. Kindly send me replacement.
