    Good smart watch. Little over priced
    The product quality is very good 👍. The starp and the dial frame are sturdy, and built as per the kids usage. A series of reminders can be set in this watch like water time, bed time, milk time. Etc. Few can be customised as well, like toilet timings. The reminders are working obsolutely fine. Few minor customisation words are not reflecting on screen, but that is OK, as it doesn’t affect the watch usage. The watch is overpriced little, if we compare with other similar brands. But, on the usage and features idea, this is better one. It doesn’t have calling features. But, one can send message to kids through alert message features given in the mobile app. The vibration alert can be customised. The available colors are black, pink and blue. Sometimes the price of pink colur is surged due to demand in color. The black and blue colours are not changed with surge prices. This watch is better than the previous model -noise champ.

    Buying this was a BIG MISTAKE
    I bought this calling watch a month back for my daughter and it has been an absolute nightmare since. Here is my experience:- The watch when delivered worked fine. I inserted the SIM and charged. All well so far. However, after the first charge got finished, the watch refused to charge again.- We tried to charge for 3-4 days after which we registered a complaint with Noise. The portal said that you will get a reply in 2 days. But we got no response at all from Noise for 7 days. After that we got a call.- The person tried to get it trouble shooted on phone but it failed again. So he registered for reverse pickup.- The reverse pickup happened after 2 days and they said you will get it fixed in 7-14 days.- After 4 days we get a reply that your watch is getting tested. Same autogenerated message delivered after 2 days.- Then another message that someone will call you from Noise in next 24 hrs. But no response for another 7 days.- After all this, I call the customer care. He informs me that the watch is faulty but in such cases they send a replacement but they dont have any spare pieces right now.- Also, he mentioned that someone will call from their warehouse to check if I will be interested to take something else from Noise. On asking he conveniently mentioned that ‘We do not have any refund policy’ and that only the warehouse guy will tell what my options are.I have not got the call as yet but am still waiting. Its been a month when I bought this calling watch for my daughter on her birthday. Except for the first 3-4 days, we have not been able to use it. My idea was to buy a calling watch from a proper brand and hence went with Noise. I am deeply disappointed. Their product quality was poor and their service quality is pathetic. The service team guys are barely trained and their processes are very poor.I am hoping this will be resolved but am not sure. Deeply disappointed with Noise. Will update my experience henceforth.

    A quality product with good features!
    This watch is loaded with great features. The camera quality is really good for capturing images and video call. Parental control is manged through Amigo app which is very impressive. Perfectly fits for childrens hand with soft rubber belt. Users friendly applications on watch easy to operate. We can’t use this watch for video calling only app users can do the video calling. No option to change the thems and screen saver. But value for money product!

    The map tracking took time to sync like a day or two. Now the watch works perfectly fine. The battery back up is decent as well. All the other functions are working fine.This complaint after using 3 days my son fell down by bicycle and his hand was injured at the same time watch screen was damaged I raised a complaint on Amazon they said contact noise service centre, we tried but there is 🌟no customer care contact no🌟. Very bad service centre responded after 3 days by mail the screen cost they quoted is the watch cost that itself Rs.5399 we shocked 🤯 that to I had taken extended warranty on this, but that itself applied after 1 year now how to change this screen guard can u suggest? This is my compliant.So Don’t go for this watch, this is too expensive for little ones and no proper guidens from *noise*

    Worst Amazon Service.. Watch not working properly. #Boycott #Amazon
    Watch not working properly, video calls not connecting, keep on showing like lines are busy, Notification pannel not working, voice clarity not good in voice chat , very clumsy voice in voice chat, one full day automatically switched off tried Many times to switch on and put charging but no response from , next day charged and switched on. I don’t know why it’s get switched off and even switched on automatically. May there is some software issue . I requested amazon team for replacement . But no response from amazon. Customer service very very worst from amazon, they are all well trained to manage things like this. I have complained two times to amazon, first person told me that technician will visit your house and check that watch condition then we replace the same. But waited for few days no one came to home. And again called to amazon, this time they changed their version totally, he is speaking like a lawyer not like Customer care service person. And they are not here to help us , they will help only to amazon. After long discussion went on finally he told that we should go to noise service centre only. He is saying Amazon changed their policy, now they don’t help us and replace any damaged items, if we receive damaged item we have to approach the company of item for service. And he is questioning me that we should read terms and conditions before buying. And he said it’s totally mistake of me that not red the terms and conditions. His final version is… Here amazon is for just to SELL produts not to replace or help to resolve problem of defective products. Simply they sell produts. There is no responsibility of any item. How cruel mind is this of amazon and team. Instead of buying online everyone should go to shops only. ###Boycutt Amazon###
