Very sturdy and bang for the buck!!!
I was a bit sceptical about ordering a sofa set online. But took a chance with this. This is as good if not better than getting it from a wood furniture store near your place. I ordered this 3+2+1 set. The delivery took some time as it was festive season. But we unboxed it. The only problem is that this is DIY and it is not easy. If you like DIY then it’s very good. Or else you will face some difficulty. But the seller is very good. I stay in Bangalore and he arranged a furniture guy who would help me setup the furniture. If you do DIY then please start with the smallest box which is the single piece sofa.The wood is very good. Sheesham is top notch quality. It has been close to a month and there is no creaking sound as well even though I did the DIY. The cushion is not that hard neither it is too soft. My father has lower back issue and he is able to sit comfortably.Go ahead and try this sofa!!

Solid build, friendly seller
Purchased the 6 seater model recently, the process was smooth, the seller contacted to know the preference of color, and was delivered on time. The package comes along with the necessary tools to assemble the sofa.After delivery I realised that the height from ground to seating is not sufficient for us (not mentioned in the description) informed the seller about the same, and asked for the exchange and the seller obliged and arranged for the same. The exchange process was smooth as well. Thanks to the seller and their customer support team, friendly and helpful.Giving one star less: As there were some minor issue found, the seller has to implement some strict quality checks to the process, the alignment of screws were slightly off and there was a missing hole for one of the backrest.Apart from these the build is solid and looks durable. I am not an expert in the wood, so I am believing this is top quality sheesham as the seller described, only time can tell.

I must first say hats of to the seller Natraj furniture for the constant and quick response and guidance upon receiving the sofa set, all well packed and sent. Also the Assembly team came and did a wonderful job. Thank you ð well appreciated and good work, product appearance and fabric is great.

Near and tidy
If you are looking for a slim fit product then go for it. Cushion provided could have been better as they do not fit good. You need to rearrange them multiple times in a day. Wood is good but did not get the right polish though I sent them the message with preferred polish with the order I’d. Also the vendor doesn’t respond to the query. Assembling took a while as there is no guide/video or numbering (not detailed one) on the parts. Some places screws provided won’t make good binding between parts. I would say the furniture is comfortable once it is arranged properly and it is quite a slim fit. But the service can be improved by providing regular update and not delaying the shipment.

I would like to share that the quality of wood used for this sofa set is not good. They are using filling in the gaps. Cushion fabric is also not good.Jab Paisa poora liya to sahi lakdi use karni chahiye jaisa photo me dikhaya tha.Not recommended. Very bad.
