I am regular user of breath right nasal strip.As a trial basis,this time I purchased this product.It is an average product.The glue is very weak and works for 4 to 5 hours only.The breath right nasal strip is far better but also costly and some times they supply duplicate product in place of breath right nasal strip.

This one is not for you if you have some congenital issues wrt breathing. I took it to use during my Yoga and Pranayama sessions… so that I have a clear nasal breathing only for about 40 odd minutes. It does that job well. For those that are looking for a snoring solution… well it works, but not to the extent that you would want.

Its too small in length – so it does not adhere well to the nose as it keeps peeling off the nostrils. The packing too is poor as it does not allow a clean tear. Better look for other brands which have slightly longer lengths.
