How to Use for Cold Therapy

Twist the cap counterclockwisePour in one-third cold water and one-third ice cubesSqueeze the excess airTurn the cap clockwiseTurn ice bag upside down and firmly press on the bottom to test for leakageLet the bag sit for at least 5 minutesWrap the cold pack with a soft towelPlace the cold pack on the desired area for 15-20 minutesPour out remaining water after use

Great Hot bag for pain
This is very easy to use product and the quality is also good. I have been using it for few months now and it doesn’t spill. Hot water stays warm for 5 to 10 mins of heat press. After that it will start coming down to normal temperature.

Very good product. Used it for ice pack.was effective for 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on ice cubes in bag. Helped a lot in alleviating pain. Size is appropriate. Comfortable to use on areas like shoulder, face etc.
