Worst Customer Support (Lenovo)
Purchase All in One Lenovo Computer 2 weeks back and since the Screen is not working Properly… Left side of the screen remains dark. Called Lenovo Customer Care Numerous time and have submitted them Photos along with Invoice Copies twice… Their representative made a visit only to inform me that this piece needs to be replaced and you need to take back up of data. Its been a week since i have taken backup and have informed the representative and also customer care but no action is being taken…. Worst Customer Service Ever… Each one is shying away from responsibility

Dead on arrival – From Lenovo.com
The system didn’t just boot once I tried starting it. Lenovo engineer visited amd declared it dead on arrival after thorough investigation. Lost complete faith in lenovo. Not ordering anything in future of brand lenovo.Waste of time and money. And trust me they are very slow to send an engineer for any technical support.
