Amazing service and quality
The product quality is great. The pockets are large and easy to manage. It is lightweight. And the service was brilliant. I filled a warranty claim due to some stitching issues and they delivered a new bag in a week.

Waste of money don’t buy this product
It was scheduled for 12th July, then shifted to 13th and 14th July, but no one came to pick up the product. I have already tried to resolve this issue 4 times before, but it remains unresolved. They are claiming that the issue is resolved.The quality of the bag is too poor; the stitches were opened. I want a full refund. Please take back your bag. I am not satisfied with this product as it has a hole where the stitching is improper please don’t buy this product

Good bag,the colour looks more washed out.
Utility wise good bag for a quick outing. Both side padded. The colour of actual bag looks more light/washed out. Returned and bought a different color, same bag.

The bag is very nice. Looks classy. If that size was 1 CM more than it would be have 5 star rating. Sturdy, elegant, pockets more than require.
