Damaged product received
I recently purchased a pair of headphones from Amazon, and unfortunately, they arrived damaged. The wire of the cord is detached from the socket, making them completely unusable. Iâm really disappointed with the quality control, as this is a major defect that should have been caught before shipping. I was looking forward to using these, but now I have to go through the hassle of returning them. I hope the replacement process is smooth, but this experience has been quite frustrating. Not the quality I expected. Does not even deserve one star as it is completely unusable.

Ok ok product. Donât expect much for this price . Not much soft and volume is low

No noise cancellation
Sound is good, built quality is okay but noise cancellation is very bad. If you are in Teams or Zoom call and if a dog barks on road, it catches even that. FYI my flat is on 11th floor still it catches dog bark from road.
