It Covers me and my backpack at the same time !
I bought this to cover my backpack and me at the same time. Unfolded, it covers me to my knees as a 5’10” person, even with my large backpack on, and you can also fit a skateboard underneath it. I only had to use it twice on my recent trip. What I liked most about it, it kept me dry! I also like how compact it is. I was able to roll it back up and put it in the carry pouch, once dry and put it in my coat pocket. The hood is large and adjustable and the extra length in the back was most useful keeping the rain off. The material is light but very durable. I hate rain coats because we’ll you have to wear them or not wear them. Plus most are hot! This thing breaths and I never broke a sweat and I walked a lot in it. It dries off easy once used, a couple of shakes and it’s 90% dry. I would purchase this again if needed for sure. Also, I’ve owned a few of these type in my years and can say this one is the best! The quality seems nice, it was thicker than the typical cheap plastic ponchos you buy so I didn’t have any issues with rips or rain leaking through. It was thin enough to roll up & store away. Not sure how it holds up long-term since I only had to use it a couple of times, but it did the job and kept me dry for a few hours of heavy rain. Thanks a lot Amazon!
