Good product but received a damaged one
I got this toy for my kitten which she loved but the only problem was when I got this the balls in the toy were missing. I requested an exchange but the guy never came and marked it exchanged on Amazon. So to not waste the toy I had to go and buy seperate plastic balls. It would be better if the product is checked before shipping it out to customers. Overall it was a good toy.

This product was delivered in good package with box and plastic bag covered but had a lot of dust on it and bent. Assembling is easy but the ball won’t move in the two tiers. It is very small ,very light weight not for an adult cat. And your cat also won’t like it as it is boring. Also it looks like this product was already used by ten cats and then was delivered to me.Save ur money and do ur cat a favour and buy a better toy !
