Very good product with some deficiencies
I liked the software, it works really smooth. the hardware like display is very good. The strap looks solid and elegant but its difficult to use and the watch can slip in the process. battery performance can be better, it drains quickly if you use too often. Also the cellular signal took some time to come up to full capacity.Most important there are. no service centers in india so if you have any issues with the product there could be a real problem in getting it fixed.

Received the product on 1-Sep.Good points about the watch – good display, good refresh rate, lot of features, but, haven’t tested the apps for accuracy, physical SIM avoiding the need of a mobile for teathering, metal stap gives a good feel.Areas to improve – very bad battery life. Hardly stays for 1.5 days and take a good couple of hours for charging. Charging can only be done using 5V charger. Camera is basic of 2 MP.Comparing the areas of improvement needed price of 6K is very expensive.

Best 4G watch with excellent screen, built quality and specs(2GB&64GB). Touch response if fast, menu layout is great, rotating ring carousel on left centre is awesome. Screen size is also good with good clarity. Overall great value for money

Battery doesn’t last for more than 6 hours.
I got this wrist phone SNAAP 5 days ago. very first day the battery lasts for 20 hours. then I tried with sim card wifi, bluetooth with all these things it went on till 20 hours. The moment I connected my smart phone the battery started draining fast. For security I went for face recognition to wake up. But many times it is failing and ask for device password. I didnot key in any password. Especially after restarting i could not wake up the phone. Suddenly a phone came it woke up and once your face is recognised everything went very well. so if the vendor gives assistance to reset the password it will be helpful

Good Product but needs Improvement
Good – Nice Product, Good Built QualityImprovement – Android OS should upgrade. Not supporting Google Assistant, Caller App Not Supporting Conference Call, There should be dailer search option, Sim tray quality is not good,Bad- Battery Backup should improve. Along with 4G , 3G and 2G support for many operators calling,Heating issue and Low speaker sound on call. Without bluetooth you cannot talk outside.There should be screen guard with watch.

Battery life
Battery life was disappointing. Claims have been made that it can last for 30 daysetc. But if WiFi and BT alone are turned on, the battery just about lasts for 36 hours. So, it’s all just about coming down to having to recharge every day once. If all wireless interfaces are turned off and if the brightness is kept down to 0, only then battery may last for about 3 days.
