BEWARE : Total waste of money. Fooling customers with fake reviews about the product.
I would have liked to give Zero stars. I have encountered several significant issues within a week of use that have rendered the device almost unusable:Severe Battery Issues: The battery life is far below the advertised performance. It does not last more than two hours, even with minimal use. Frequent Error Messages: The device consistently displays error messages that disrupt its functionality. Unreliable Performance: The smartwatch has an alarming tendency to shut down automatically without any warning. This unpredictable behavior makes it unreliable and frustrating to use.No Android support : We cannot use it for configuring WhatsApp messages or other app based activities.Moreover, the customer service is absolutely useless. You can only connect after 4 or 5 attempts and the only response you get from them is ‘ Wait for 24 hours and your issue will be resolved. ‘ It is already been more than 10 days and I am still waiting to hear a different response from them.

Don’t waist your hard earned money on such cheap quality smartwatch
So the review of this product is very bad experience. Look wise it’s too fatty watch to wear. Battery backup is very poor even if you don’t use for 24hours. Also while charging it’s get too hot and don’t charge quickly. It’s taks 5 to 6 hours to charge fully. Feature wise these is nothing you can use, Accept wearing like showpiece. So in my opinion please Don’t waste your hard earned money on such cheap quality smartwatch. Sadly I could return it just after seeing the watch on real world. But sadly there is no return policy on this product. So don’t waste your money and invest on a quality product.

Good product with a few drawbacks
The watch looks good and all the sensors seem to be working fine. The calling facility is also nice. However, there are some minor issues which need to be addressed:1) Please provide an option to turn off the calling feature or flight mode. Else, it drains the battery during flights or in areas where network isnât available.2) Bluetooth functionality to connect an earphone would be great during calls. Else, it is always on speaker mode.

Worst quality
The battery backup is worst. When charging, battery is overheating and watch is getting switched off frequently. Customer service of fireboltt is the worst. They neither reply nor assist with the issues.Waste of money.

About smartwatch
The main issue with this company is We don’t have any service centres and can’t reach out even through Amazon if we face a problem with their products. We are facing issues from day one with this smartwatch. None of the reminders work properly. The screen is not so touch friendly if you want select one app it automatically selects other. I set up water reminder, it works on the day of setting but from next day it doesn’t work. Geature control is out of control.

And it has stopped functioning on 17th June.Not getting charge and device getting hot in a few seconds…issue with the power on/off….Called fireboltt customercare no one is available to attend the callRaised the couple of complaints but no response from firebolttI can see all my complaint tickets are in open state and no one from fireboltt has ack them.Very worst third class service from fireboltt.Do not purchase any item which is named as firebolttAfter sale service is like they are not exist in this world.
