Very worst Experience With Fastrack warranty claim
கடந்த 26.04.2024 தேதி Amazon ல் Fastrack smart watch ஒன்று ரூபாய் 1199 மதிப்பில் வாங்கினேன் அதனுடைய Display சரிவர இயங்கவில்லை. அதனால் நான் Fastrack வாடிக்கையாளர் சேவை மையத்தை தொடர்பு கொண்டு வாரண்டி கிளைம் செய்தேன். Fastrack நிறுவனம் ஒத்துக்கொண்டு 1199 ரூபாய் மதிப்புள்ள வேறு ஒரு வாட்ச்சை நீங்கள் அருகில் உள்ள டைட்டன் ஷோரூம்ல் சென்று மாற்றிக்கொள்ளலாம் என்று சொன்னார்கள் அதன்படி நான் தஞ்சாவூர் South rampat Titan showroom இல் சென்று கேட்ட பொழுது நீங்கள் உங்களுக்கு பிடித்தமான ஸ்மார்ட் வாட்ச் ஒன்றை தேர்வு செய்யுங்கள் என்று சொன்னார்கள் அதன்படி நானும் ஒரு smart watch செலக்ட் செய்து கொடுத்த பொழுது அதன் விலை ரூபாய் 3995 என்றும் தங்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள ரீபண்ட் தொகை ரூபாய் 1199 அதைக் கழித்து விட்டு மீதமுள்ள தொகை ரூ.2796 செலுத்த வேண்டும் என்று சொன்னார்கள் உடனடியாக நானும் Titan websiteல் சென்று check செய்த பொழுது அதன் விலை வெறும் ரூ1995 என்று இருந்தது அதை காண்பித்து நான் கேட்ட பொழுது அவர்கள் சொன்ன பதில் நீங்கள் “நேரடியாக எங்களிடம் வாங்கும் smart watch விலை ரூபாய் 1995 அதே நேரத்தில் Warranty claim தொகை ரூ.1199 ஐ கழிக்க வேண்டும் என்று நீங்கள் கேட்கும் பொழுது அதே ஸ்மார்ட் வாட்ச் ரூ.3995” என்று சொன்னார்கள் நானும் எவ்வளவோ பேசிப் பார்த்தேன் எங்களுக்கான நாம்ஸ் இதுதான் இதே ஸ்மார்ட் வாட்ச் நீங்கள் எங்களிடம் நேரடியாக வாங்கிக் கொள்ளுங்கள் ரூ.1995 தருகிறோம். அதே நேரத்தில் Fastrackல் நீங்கள் claim செய்த Warranty தொகையை அடிப்படையில் எங்களிடம் ஸ்மார்ட் வாட்ச் வாங்கினால் அதன் விலை ரூ.3995. அப்படி என்றால் நான் மிகப்பெரிய அளவில் ஏமாற்றப்பட்டு உள்ளேன் தயவு செய்து யாரும் Fastrack வாட்ச் வாங்க வேண்டாம் என்று என்னுடைய சொந்த அனுபவத்தில் இங்கே பதிவிடுகிறேன் நன்றி

Value for money
Good product for medium to low budget. Don’t expect too much features in Rs 1400 INR. It can be used for time, date, weather check and as a simple health Tracker, for daily steps and sleep count, calorie burn, heart rate calculation etc. I have doubt on the accuracy of blood oxygen and stress Tracker.Pros: good battery, good calling features, looks, good brand, good screen touch response. Google fit integration, stress TrackerCons: silikon strips are hard and not comfortable. Display resolution is not good i.e. pixels are thicker.

This smartwatch is worth buying as it supports all the basic tasks including calling, remotely taking pictures, motion sensor, whenever you want to watch the time the watch will light up if you tilt your hand, can save our favourite contact and directly call them from the watch, battery is very good, health monitoring works perfectly like sleep data, steps calculation. When you connect and use the Fastrack smart app, you can change the display of the watch. Charging is very quick but i’m not satisfied with the magnetic charging point, the two poles of the magnet keep attracting to each other.
