Love the product, colour, how it fits my back perfect. The handle lock sometimes opens up, but I have been meaning to buy the bag sealer to lock them complete. Over all the product is good. Usability has been great, good space, laptop and travel for a week fits in easy.

Defective Sewing
The product doesnât worth the time or money. I waiting 2 days for the product to arrive. When it finally arrived and I opened it, the pocket in bags were all upside down (all open at different directions). Though material quality was nice but what would you do with a bag which cannot hold things properly.
