Great chair
Chair is good quality and durable. Seat is comfortable and okay to sit for long hours. The wheel base is a bit small, so center of gravity is not very stable. Need to be careful while moving. The head rest is really good along with the hand rest.

I will give 4 star rating for this chair, i bought this chair for gaming, it has enough space to sit, and keep you leg in chair, i have never used under seat leg support its very hard to pull it out, if we are using the back support cushion we will not be able to sit correctly,Pros: material, fit and finish, 4d arm rests, premium looksCons: I prefer better thigh support, thigh support is very bad in this chair,Under chair leg support is a gimic it is very hard to pull it out.

10 days wasted repeated issues with this chair
I ordered the Ergo SmartPro gaming chair from Sleepwell on Amazon because I needed it urgently. The first chair arrived quickly, but when the installation personnel came, they told me the screws were wrong, so it couldnât be assembled. I had to return it and order the same chair again.Unfortunately, the second chair also came with the wrong screws. Iâve now wasted 10 days ordering, waiting for delivery, and then waiting for the installation team, only to be told twice that the screws are wrong. This has been incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of my time. For a product that costs 19,000 to 20,000 rupees, this level of quality control is unacceptable.Iâm very disappointed with Sleepwell and expected much better from such a well-known brand.

As expected nice chair for long periods and the thing which i like the most is u can take a nap on it and many ways adjustable hand rest and lumbad support cushion and head rest are extra highlights.. definitely u can sit for long periods of time…thank you sleep company
