Simple (rudimentary) and handy accessory. For its asking price of approximately ₹150.00 for the material, packing and transportation (in my case it was free owing to the order including another high-value item), there is nothing to find fault with it.The item was packed in a cardboard box and seems to have withstood the journey well as the box and the product inside were undamaged.There are some very minor cosmetic differences between the actual item sent/received and the images of the product on Amazon. This is about the imprinting of the brand and place of manufacture. The photographs included with this review will explain it.The stand is sturdy, stable and the rubber pads on the underside of the base, the pads in the ‘U’ receptacle as well as the rubber strip on the back plate that supports the phone, are all neatly and precisely cut and firmly stuck. The paint (silver) also seems to have been done well. The ‘build quality’ is very good.As my need for the stand is only to keep my mobile phone upright in a vertical position, this serves my requirement quite well, so, overall, for me it is a ‘value for money’ investment.

It is a light weight and economy model of another heavier, better quality ELV mobile stand of the same design i ordered last year at Rs 260. When I was ordering this present model, I thought I was ordering the same model and thought I got lucky and price has dropped. But it was a mistake. This is a different model.It looks cheap and paint is not shiny and smooth like the better quality model i ordered last year. But if you don’t mind the cheap look, it does the job. Even though it is light weight, it is stable and the weight of mobile will not topple the stand.At Rs 148 with free shipping, it is value for money. As this is neither electronic (needing servicing later) nor made of plastic (chance of breakage), there is no risk of losing money in the long run by buying this cheaper model. You save 100 or more bucks compared to the higher priced model.If you want a stand that just does the job and don’t care about color and looks, then it is value of money at Rs 148. But if you want to give it as gift, choose a better quality model by the same company, ELV.Finally it is made in India.Update: The above review is silver color one. I ordered black color one today which has different model number. Silver one economy version model no.is PS1. Black version model no.is PS2. Black version has rough finish. Weight is same as silver one. Black one has surface just like the surface of fine sandpaper. Don’t know why the manufacturer made the surface rough. But there is plastic cushioning on the mobile hook part and backrest part. So, it will not scratch mobile.I request the seller give a name to each model in the title. It is very confusing. I bought a thick, heavy version of ELV mobile holder in 2019 which had model no. PS1. Now, this black, thinner one has also model no.of PS1.When i try to write reivew of black version, i only get the option to edit the review i wrote of silver version i ordered some months back.Seller should not mix up reviews of differnt models. Each model should have separate review.The seller should give easily identifiable wordings like Supreme for their heavy model. Then for the other ones, they can use word like Economy (silver) and Economy (black). They should also mention texture of surface. Their product quality is good but model number is very confusing.
