Fantastic product limited by software
Purchased this from US since it wasn’t available in India. It’s quite bigger than expected and has no adjustments to tilt, the buttons are also a little flimsy compared to other models but the biggest flaw is the software that limits what u can put on the dials and touchbar. Since it has fewer buttons than regular stream deck, would not recommend unless u have a use case in mind.Now to the positives1. Build quality is really good2. Dials are very satisfying to use, they turn on either direction infinitely and can also be pressed like buttons for more functionality. Dial stacks are also a pretty cool function.3. Touchbar is quite handy to navigate pages, which helps to save on the limited buttons. Also u can have clock there so another button saved4. The buttons while limited, work well with the dials and touchbar to make it comfortable to use.5. Comes with wavelink software, which is great at controlling individual audio signals, both input and output. Works better on windows than mac. Good for Podcasters.6. Excellent for use cases like video editing, photo editing, podcasting etc.

No cable and didn’t receive a sealed box
I ordered it twice and both time I never received a sealed box. There was no cable included.

Now, I can easily tweak my mic volume or switch scenes in OBS without hassle. • Customization: Being able to personalize each button with icons and even GIFs is awesome! My Stream Deck now looks just the way I want it.What Could Be Better: • Software: Occasionally, the Elgato software can be glitchy. Some plugins have crashed or didn’t work correctly, and the plugin installation site can be slow. But overall, it’s manageable. • Price: For a newbie streamer, the cost might seem steep. However, considering its functionality and build quality, I think it’s a worthwhile investment.Conclusion:The Elgato Stream Deck Plus has become an indispensable tool in my streaming setup. Como herramienta de trabajo y calidad del producto, Excelente!! No le doy 5 estrellas solo por la simple razón que no cuenta con un stand flexible que permita inclinación en diferentes grados. Otro detalle, sería mejor que la conexión usb tipo c estuviera a un lado y no atrás.
