Greetings,I recently purchased thiss CPENSUS breathing teddy otter, and I was extremely disappointed upon recieving it as it’s a gift for someone. The product arrived defective it’s not working at all this is not the quality I expected , especially considering the positive reviews and the price I paid.I gifted this someone and it’s not working today they opened the gift box and it’s not working !I request an immediate exchange or a full refund for this defective product I hope thiss issue would be resolved quickly, as I was looking forward to enjoy thee purchase .Please provide instructions on how I can return the product and receive a replacement.Thankyou for your attention hopefully you’ll acknowledge the above as soon as possible
