Fantastic product. It is handcrafted and tuned to perfection as promised by the manufacturer. Has a rough earthy bell metal feel. The tongues have been hand cut and shaped. So dont look for a machined instrument cut and polished to perfection. This is meant to be hand designed and tuned which is what gives it it’s real natural feel. Beautiful rich tone. A perfect 10. Got the instrument delivered today. First of all it sounds amazing. I had checked other products too but this one sounds so natural. I just got hooked to it on the first go itself. I just wanted to speak to the seller on this instrument on general stuff so if I can get the number then it would be really helpful.

Dear Manufacturer, the piece delivered to me is very good to listen to and play and it is well designed . The bag is also equally beautiful . But one note is slightly elevated than the others . please let me know if that was a defect or was it not delivered properly and damaged during transit. The last photo shows the note.
