Good multivitamin from a very renowned brand
Took it for a month and no side effects. It has almost every essential vitamins in it. Taste is also fine. Though it might be a bit costly for many people but it’s quality is right at the top. If you want to buy a cheaper one, then there are other alternatives also. Overall satisfied with Centrum multivitamin!

Using these Multivitamins from 10-12 days and can say that these are useful,May be 10-12 days are not enough to give a long term review but the starting results are good so i hope in long time like after a month i will get the better resultsOverall it looks a good product at this price as it has most of the necessary vitamins and minerals which is not easy to take separately

When I started taking this Multivitamin and I have been very impressed with the results i feel is that, it’s a good combination of required multivitains and of multiminerals in one tablet. I have noticed an increase in energy levels and overall well-being since incorporating this supplement into my daily routine.Earlier I used to consume multiple tblet for different different vitamins. Now I use only one and which has most required vitamin like calcium, vitamin c, B12 etc for me. Definitely no side effects observed!!!I was B12 deficient after using 30-40 tablets irregularly for 2-3 months, I am not B12 deficient anymoreð. Apart from that I did not observe any visible differences.

This is a five star product for me as it is multivitamins plus multiminerals which is actually very rare combination. I got the reference from my family members and itâs a great multi vitamin supplement.I definitely felt more alive and like I could do a lot more in a day. Waking up with a positive mindset ready for the day rather than unhappy and groggy. Earlier I was feeling like lethargic, dizzy all the time, fatigue but now after taking this pills for more than a week, i really noticed difference in myself. Now, i am more energetic, immunity levels has increased, mood is stable, muscles are getting better, less or no cramps and above all, health is getting better day by day as this supplements overcome minor deficiency of vitamins and minerals in our body.Coming to the size of tablet, yeah, it is large but you can swallow it once with cup of water after your meals. It is tasteless and hence no issue of bitterness in pills. It is 100% vegetarian product and plant based too.

Poisonous product.
I have used this multivitamin for 5days and it feels like heartburning. Foodpipe feels to be swollen, and burnt inside and itâs happening with two of my family members as well. I donât know whether the product is poisonous or not, It will make you vomit for sure. When I received it from the Amazon, it was extremely hot because of the high temperature, maybe that might be the reason of this tablet doing opposite reaction. Be safe and donât buy it.
