Good product loved it, does the work as said. It gets heated like every other dryer and the best to counter it is that they have provided gloves which is great. The setting and the holding slim grip makes this so comfortable to use. Absolutely loved the product. Does not create pain after holding for too long as the grip is slimmer and the noise is normal like any other dryer
