“I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of a 4G wifi camera, which has proven to be a complete waste of money. The device has been plagued by connectivity issues, and I have struggled to connect both the camera and SIM card. Furthermore, the camera only seems to work with Airtel. And I have been unable to get it to work with Jio and BSNL despite numerous attempts. After experiencing a multitude of problems, I contacted customer support via WhatsApp and followed their instructions to troubleshoot the issue, but unfortunately, the problems persist with both the device and my mobile phone.””After numerous attempts, I finally succeeded in establishing a connection between the SIM card, device, and my mobile phone. However, my relief was short-lived, as I soon encountered further issues with video clarity and audio functionality. Specifically, the videos lacked clarity, and the voice transmission was only audible in one direction, with no audio reception in the other direction. Despite my best efforts to troubleshoot and resolve these issues, I was unsuccessful. I subsequently contacted customer care, but they were unable to provide a solution, and instead, advised me to initiate the process for returning or replacing the device.”
