Worst product, don’t buy
Usually I don’t write reviews on product. More importantly negative reviews. But this worst product made me to write, so others don’t fall as victims. Bought this product hoping it will serve as power Bank, lamp and with in budget. Once the product was delivered, it worked for two days, after a slight fall, both the input pin went above, so you will not be able to charge (picture 3). Since the product was under warranty, called their customer number. Hard time in reaching and connected to their customer support, and they speak only in hindi. At last they informed to courier the product, as they have service center only in Delhi. They assured they send back new product. Charge of â¹140 occurred for Couriering the product. I got an update that they have received the courier and i will get the new product courier in few days. I got the courier after two weeks with same old product and same old problem. First image shows the product received. They didn’t address the issue nor sent a new product as informed or repaired the old product. Total fraud. At last i gave hope And gave the product to local area Shop for repair, they updated, it’s a total waste product and lock keys inside the power bank is broken and cannot be repaired or set right. Waste of total 1k amount for the waste worst product. Not even worth for negative star
